It is usually referred as a magic diet for the benefits it could offer the body. It is an approach that may decrease the instances of disease and allow as a natural lifestyle and eating pattern that may save you cots on your medicines and vitamins.

Fish meat and oil contains high omega-3 value which help fights heart disease and other concern related to it. You can get it from tunas, salmons, mackerel etc.
Antioxidants
As we know antioxidants battle cancer through neutralizing free radicals. Red wine and other fresh fruit and veggies contain antioxidant naturally. Red wine is rich in this and it is mainly the side liquor of people enjoying med diet.
